How features work

Time tracker

Each user may have one running timer. Starting a timer on a task stops any other timer you had running and stores its duration.

Each user may have one running timer. Starting a timer on a task stops any other timer you had running and stores its duration.

Live timer

On the task, START begins counting. STOP writes duration. Existing time is summed on the card.

Visible on:

  • Task details (Time Count)
  • Top bar (right) — stop from here if you closed the card
  • Board card (active treatment)

Manual time

If you forgot to start the timer, add a start/end interval on the task. The UI rejects entries that:

  • miss start or end
  • end before start
  • end in the future
  • start before the task existed
  • exceed 10 hours in one entry

Time logs

Project Time logs (/p/time-logs/{uid}): list entries, filter by user, export.

Empty logs mean nobody ran the timer on those tasks — not a broken report.

Invoice-oriented teams: Freelance and Agency use cases.
