Dashboard and reports

Open a project → Dashboard (/p/dashboard/{uid}).

Charts

Built-in bar charts summarize the project:

• Tasks per list (column)
• Tasks per label
• Tasks per assignee
• Tasks by due-date bucket

This is a status snapshot, not a replacement for the board.

AI on the dashboard

If AI is on and the user’s role may use AI:

• Analyze project — risk / status briefing (project_insights)
• My daily digest — personal standup-style summary (daily_digest)

Heavy jobs may be queued (AI_QUEUE_HEAVY); wait for the result instead of refreshing immediately.

Time

Hours belong on Time logs, not this dashboard. See Time tracker.

CSV of tasks

From the project you can export the task list (Import & export) for a spreadsheet report outside ProTask.
