Create

Create → Create Project:

  • Background — visual identity on cards and headers; you can change it later
  • Project name — what everyone will look for in the sidebar
  • Workspace — defaults to the current workspace
  • Project details — scope, current plan, constraints

Update

  • Rename — click the project name when the project is open
  • Change background — project menu → Change Background
  • Change workspace — same menu → Change Workspace, then Save

Clone

From project actions you can clone a project when you need the same shape again (typical for retainers and recurring ops). Confirm what the clone includes in the UI before you rely on it for production data.

Import / export

Admins can import a spreadsheet of tasks. Anyone who can open the project can export. Import & export.

Star / recent

Star projects you open daily. Recent and starred lists appear in navigation helpers so people do not hunt the full grid.

Delete

⋯ → Delete Project. Confirm with Yes, I'm sure.

This removes lists, tasks, timers, and related records for that project. It cannot be undone.

Project views

Once a project exists, switch Board, Table, Calendar, Timeline, Dashboard, and Time logs from the project chrome. URLs look like /p/board/{uid}, /p/table/{uid}, /p/calendar/{uid}, /p/timeline/{uid}, /p/dashboard/{uid}, /p/time-logs/{uid}.
