Slack

Slack notifications use an incoming webhook.

1. Create a webhook for the channel you want (Slack’s own incoming-webhook docs, or an internal how-to video if you have one).
2. Paste the URL into Settings → Global → Slack webhook URL.
3. Save.

You must run the queue worker cron if notifications are queued. Without it, Slack (and mail) will sit in the jobs table.

Incoming webhooks post to one channel. If you need several channels, that is a Slack-side routing problem, not a second ProTask workspace setting.
