Add a list

On a new project, use Add a new list. Type a title, then Enter or Add list. Another empty box appears so you can add the next column immediately.

Admins can define pre-made board lists so new projects start with a default set of columns.

Rename

Click the list title; it becomes editable.

Reorder

List menu:

  • Move left — swap with the previous column
  • Move right — swap with the next column

You can also drag to reorder where the board supports it (json/list/order).

Archive a list

⋯ → Archive sends the list (and its cards) to the archive, not to a trash that you casually undo from the column itself.

Open the project menu → Archived Board Items to see archived lists. Send to board restores a list.

Archive when the column is retired. Prefer archiving tasks if you only finished the work and still need the column next week.
