Each row is an event. Open it to edit HTML. Name, slug, and details are informational.

Subjects may include placeholders such as {workspace_name} and {task_name}.
Rewrite with AI
If AI is enabled, Rewrite with AI drafts HTML from the current template. Review before save — it can drop placeholders.
After changing templates
Send a real event (assign a test user) rather than trusting only the editor preview. Queue delay: cron.
