Public registration
Settings → Global → User Registration → Enable Registration.
When on, the login page shows a link to /register. When off, only admins create accounts.
Self-registered users still need a workspace. Either allow Create workspace on their role or invite them.
Google reCAPTCHA
On Global settings, set Google ReCaptcha Site Key. The login form loads the widget when a key is present.
You also need the matching secret in .env if the backend verifies tokens (RE_CAPTCHA_KEY is written by the environment helper; confirm both site and secret values for your Google reCAPTCHA version).
Use this on public-facing installs. Internal-only teams can leave registration off and skip captcha.
