Do this after a successful setup wizard. Goal: a working admin login, branded tools, and one published asset.
1. Sign in
Open https://your-domain/admin/login with the administrator email and password from the installer.
If the site is in demo mode (APP_DEMO=true), some settings (including global settings) cannot be saved. Turn demo off in .env for a real install. See Environment & SEO.
2. Confirm license
Go to Settings → License. If you are sent to /license/activate, enter the CodeCanyon purchase code again. Outbound HTTPS must reach Softentra.
3. Brand the studio
Settings → Global settings (/admin/settings/global):
- Default card logo (about 200×200 px, PNG/JPG)
- Default card background (about 1200×800 px)
New digital cards use these when the user does not upload their own images.
Upload logo.png and logo_white.png if the form offers them (stored as public images).
4. Mail (needed for password reset)
Configure SMTP during the wizard or later in .env. Until mail works, Forgot password and some notifications fail. See Mail.
5. Open Tools
Visit /tools (redirects to Print Studio) or /tools/print-studio. The left sidebar groups:
- Digital cards — Print Studio, business, referral, NFC, vCard, email signature
- Web presence — link-in-bio, landing page, resume
- Lead generation — lead form, QR, floating buttons
You can collapse or hide the sidebar on desktop.
6. Ship one real asset
Pick one:

7. Add staff (optional)
User management → Users and Roles. The admin role sees everything. Other roles use per-module Read / Create / Update / Delete. The customer role is hidden from the admin dashboard analytics. See Users & roles.
8. Queues
If email or exports feel delayed, add the queue cron.
