Floating buttons

Open: /tools/floating-buttons

Generates an embed snippet for a sticky action widget on any website (not only ProfileSuite pages).

How it works

1. Choose a theme color (preset swatches).
2. Set vCard VCF file URL (link to a hosted .vcf, e.g. from the vCard tool).
3. Set Referral link URL (promo or landing page).
4. Click Generate Widget Code. Preview shows the button image.
5. Copy the HTML/JS snippet and paste it before </body> on the target site.

The snippet is meant for external HTML. ProfileSuite’s own marketing pages do not automatically include it until you paste it into a custom front-page block or a landing-page HTML area if you add one.

Setup checklist

• Host the .vcf on HTTPS (same domain as APP_URL is simplest).
• Test the widget on a staging page; check mobile overlap with chat tools.
• If the preview is empty, select a color and generate again.

Use case

Company website always shows “Save contact” + “Refer a friend” in the corner, using assets produced in ProfileSuite.
