This guide explains how to set up and manage your availability in ProSchedule. Correctly configuring your availability is essential as it controls when clients can book appointments with you, ensuring you never get double-booked.
🚀 How to Set Up Your Availability
Setting your availability is one of the most important steps in configuring your ProSchedule account. This is where you define your working hours so that the system knows when to offer appointments to your clients.
Step 1: Navigate to Your Profile
From your main dashboard, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select "Profile" from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Go to the "Availability" Tab
In your profile section, you will see several tabs. Click on the "Availability" tab to access your scheduling settings.
Step 3: Define Your Weekly Hours
This is where you set your regular, recurring weekly schedule.
- You will see a weekly calendar view, with each day of the week listed.
- For each day you work, you can add one or more time slots. For example, if you work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, you would add two time slots for that day:
9:00 AM - 12:00 PMand1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. - If you don't work on a particular day, simply leave it blank.
Step 4: Add Date Overrides (Optional)
Date overrides allow you to block off specific dates when you are unavailable, such as for holidays, vacations, or special events.
- Click on the "Add a Date Override" button.
- Select the date or date range you will be unavailable.
- During this time, clients will not be able to book any appointments with you, overriding your regular weekly hours.
Step 5: Save Your Schedule
Once you have configured your weekly hours and any date overrides, click the "Save Changes" button. Your new availability will be immediately active, and your public booking page will reflect these changes.
