This guide explains how to add, view, and manage your clients in ProSchedule. Keeping a centralized record of your clients helps you stay organized and provide a more personalized service.

🚀 How to Add a New Client

You can manually add new clients to your ProSchedule system. This is useful for clients who book over the phone or for importing your existing client list.

  1. Navigate to Contacts:

    • From your main dashboard, click on the "Contacts" section in the navigation menu.
  2. Add New Contact:

    • On the Contacts page, click the "Add New Contact" button to open the client creation form.
  3. Enter Client Details:

    • Fill in the client's information. At a minimum, you should add their first name, last name, and email address.
    • You can also add other details like their phone number, assign them to a specific organization, and upload a profile picture to help you recognize them.
  4. Save the Client:

    • After entering all the relevant information, click "Save" to add the new client to your contact list.

📋 How to View and Manage Clients

Once you've added clients, you can easily access their information and manage their appointments.

  1. View Client List:

    • Navigate to the "Contacts" section to see a complete list of all your clients. You can search and filter this list to quickly find the person you're looking for.
  2. View Client Details:

    • Click on a client's name to open their detailed profile. Here you will find their contact information, as well as a complete history of all their past and upcoming appointments.
  3. Book an Appointment for a Client:

    • From the client's profile page, you have the option to book a new appointment on their behalf. This is convenient for clients who prefer to schedule with you directly rather than using the public booking page.
