The app
DayNorth is an on-device daily planner. SoftEntra does not create DayNorth user accounts and does not host your tasks, journal, routines, or habits on a SoftEntra server. See the Privacy Policy for data practices.
DayNorth Pro subscriptions
DayNorth Pro may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (for example monthly and yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. US list prices are typically $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year; the yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices and offers shown in the App Store or in-app are authoritative and may vary by region.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions) or via Manage Subscription in DayNorth.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.
SoftEntra does not process your payment card details.
License
SoftEntra grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use DayNorth on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app except as allowed by law.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s standard EULA for App Store distribution, Apple’s terms control for distribution through the App Store.
Disclaimer
DayNorth is provided “as is.” SoftEntra does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftEntra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Day markers (sunrise/sunset) and notifications are best-effort on iOS and depend on system permissions and scheduling limits.
We may update these Terms on this page and in the app (Settings → About). Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
